Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats such as beef, lamb, poultry, and seafood according to restaurant standards
Portion meat cuts for different menu items and maintain consistent product quality
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of meat and poultry products
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff regarding daily requirements and special cuts
Ensure proper labeling, rotation, and organization of meat products
Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and workspace
Assist with receiving and inspecting meat deliveries
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of butchery experience in a UAE-based restaurant or hotel
Knowledge of meat grades, cuts, and preparation techniques
Understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
Physically fit and able to lift heavy meat cuts
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with strong communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
