The Butcher is responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, and displaying meat products while ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat (beef, lamb, chicken, etc.) as per company standards
Ensure proper portioning and minimal wastage
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, tools, and equipment
Follow food safety, HACCP, and health regulations at all times
Check meat quality, freshness, and expiry dates
Assist customers with meat selection and special cutting requests
Store meat products correctly at required temperatures
Report damaged, expired, or spoiled items to the supervisor
Support stock receiving and inventory control when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
