Job Description

Prepare, cut, trim, and portion various types of meat (beef, lamb, poultry, and seafood if required) according to menu requirements. Ensure all meat is prepared in line with restaurant recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with UAE food safety and HACCP standards. Check the quality and freshness of meat deliveries and store them under proper temperature conditions. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate supply of meat cuts. Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and report any shortages or discrepancies. Ensure consistent quality and portion control as per The Farm's standards.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-3 years of butcher experience

in a

restaurant or hotel kitchen within the UAE

. Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene regulations. Basic communication skills in English. Physically fit and able to work in chilled environments. Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.

Education & Certification:



High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Food Handling Certificate (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
