Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, debone, and portion beef according to production requirements and specifications.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
Inspect and ensure the quality and freshness of all meat products.
Follow portion control and yield standards to minimize waste.
Support production planning and ensure accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
Operate and maintain butchery tools and equipment safely.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a butcher, preferably in a
central kitchen or large-scale food production environment
.
Strong expertise in
beef cutting and preparation
.
Knowledge of
food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certification preferred)
.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting.
Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when required.
Available to join
