Key Responsibilities:

Ensure freshness, proper labeling, and safe storage of meat products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery section at all times.
Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
Collaborate with chefs to ensure timely supply of required cuts.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Butcher in a restaurant, hotel, or retail butchery.
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and storage.
Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
Commitment to hygiene, safety, and quality.
Team player with good communication skills.
