To cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to company standards, ensuring quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, bone, and portion meat as per customer and store requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
Ensure all meat products are properly labeled, displayed, and stored at the correct temperature.
Check meat quality and freshness daily and report any issues to the supervisor.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Provide customer service by preparing custom cuts and answering product-related questions.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Dispose of waste and by-products safely and responsibly.
