Responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, and displaying meat and poultry products while ensuring quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat and poultry products as per customer and business requirements.
Ensure proper portioning, weighing, packaging, and labeling of products.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the butchery area.
Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines strictly.
Monitor product quality and remove expired or spoiled items.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their meat selections.
Ensure knives and butchery equipment are properly maintained and sanitized.
Keep accurate records of stock, wastage, and orders.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
