We are hiring a skilled Butcher to support our hot kitchen team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Perform meat cutting, portioning, trimming, and cleaning Maintain freshness and proper storage of meats Ensure hygienic handling and preparation processes Support chefs with accurate and timely supply of cuts
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' professional experience as a butcher Strong knowledge of different cutting methods Excellent hygiene and food safety standards Ability to work in a team and meet kitchen demands
