Sanitation and safety:
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations by properly cleaning and sanitizing workstations, tools, and equipment.
Product development:
Creating value-added products such as sausages, marinated meats, or kebabs.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in meat cutting or preparation is often preferred or required.
Technical skills:
Excellent knife skills, manual dexterity, and knowledge of various cuts of meat and preparation techniques.
Physical stamina:
The ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in refrigerated environments.
Customer service skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hygiene knowledge:
