Job Description

Meat preparation:

Using knives, meat saws, and grinders to cut, trim, bone, and grind larger cuts of meat into smaller, retail-ready portions like steaks, roasts, and chops.

Sanitation and safety:

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations by properly cleaning and sanitizing workstations, tools, and equipment.

Product development:

Creating value-added products such as sausages, marinated meats, or kebabs.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in meat cutting or preparation is often preferred or required.

Technical skills:

Excellent knife skills, manual dexterity, and knowledge of various cuts of meat and preparation techniques.

Physical stamina:

The ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in refrigerated environments.

Customer service skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hygiene knowledge:

A solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards is critical.

Problem-solving:

The ability to address and troubleshoot issues with equipment.

Mathematical skills:

Basic math skills for weighing and pricing products accurately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
