Butcher
to join our team and manage the meat and poultry section.Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and prepare fresh meat and poultry products according to company standards and customer requests. Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and display of all products. Maintain the highest hygiene, safety, and food handling standards in the butchery section. Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and help minimize waste. Assist and guide customers with product selection, preparation, and cooking suggestions. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a butcher (supermarket or retail experience preferred). Knowledge of different cuts of meat and poultry. Ability to use knives and butchery equipment safely and efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
