As Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing meats for sale, cleaning and maintaining their equipment's to ensure a safe environment. They need to be comfortable handling sharp equipment, performing repetitive tasks, and maintaining a high level of quality and food safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sharpen and adjust knives and cutting equipment
Receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery
Cut, debone and grind pieces of meat
Weigh, wrap and display meat or meat products
Listen to costumers and answer their questions related to the service provided them
Follows up with rules, regulations and other relevant laws guiding livestock production and sales.
Negotiates and confirms orders from costumers
Cut or prepare meats to specification or costumers order.
Educates costumers on their choice of meat to satisfy their desired meat
Cuts meats and put them into good arrangement for easy identification and selection by costumers.
Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature.
Clean equipment and work areas to maintain safe environment and sanitization standards
Requirements:
Nationality: Arabic Nationalities and Philippines
Education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor
Languages: Arabic (Native) & English ( Advanced)
Experience:
Butcher: minimum 2 year (Preferred)
Preferred Own visa only
