Overview

Lead high-level teams to provide financial consulting services, including business analysis, company valuation, and investment projects, for a wide range of industries and sectors. Assist clients throughout the purchase, sale, merger, or strategic partner search process. Provide strategic business consulting, both locally and internationally. Oversee the development of research, analysis, and reports. Promote business development activities, including identifying business opportunities, participating in service sales processes, and developing proposals. Maintain and develop close relationships with clients, which may include a wide range of multinational firms and startups.

Job Requirements

Professional with a degree in Economics or a related field. Appropriate postgraduate studies or a CFA (not mandatory) will be an advantage. Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting projects related to investment processes, mergers and acquisitions. Fluent in English. Availability to travel abroad. Demonstrate excellent leadership and project execution skills, including synergy analysis and capture, and problem management and resolution. Demonstrate experience and understanding of mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and divestiture transaction processes at top-tier firms.
