Our client: A leading organization in the fast-moving consumer good segment with a healthy portfolio of luxury retail are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the business unit. Your role: This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and experienced professional from personal, Home care, and Luxury retail. Leading the business unit, you would be responsible for defining the overall sales strategy, Managing and handling distributors in increasing the market share by identifying gaps. Monitor the country\xe2\x80\x99s performance against the targets, be accountable for the complete P&L, Drive the KPIs, set and drive plans to improve margins, and lead negotiations with principals and major distributors. Must-haves: 15 + years of quality and stable experience in FMCG/ Personal care/ Luxury Retail. Financial and business acumen. Ability to lead others through the change curve, and develop collaborative relationships with others. Current or prior experience in the UAE market is a must-have.
