Our Client
Our client is a well-funded, high-growth healthcare group with ambitions that extend beyond traditional dental services. As they expand across the UAE and into international markets, they are building a next-generation, technology-enabled clinic ecosystem designed for scale. To support this growth, they are looking for a leader who can architect the operating model that underpins sustainable expansion.
Your Role
You will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, working closely with the founders and C-suite to design and embed the operating system that powers the business. This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable frameworks, driving automation, and creating clarity across clinical, commercial, operational, and people functions.
The mandate is clear: move beyond theory to create a repeatable, high-performance model that supports 15 clinics and beyond.
Must Have
- 8-12+ years of experience in management consulting or large-scale transformation roles, preferably within healthcare or multi-site environments
- Strong expertise in operating model design, automation, and performance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, CRM and ERP systems, and workflow platforms
- Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leadership, owning complex cross-functional programs
- Experience within GCC healthcare environments is strongly preferred
