We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Business Teacher to join ASTI Academy The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and educate students in various aspects of business studies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic success and professional development of our students. Responsibilities: Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
- Create engaging learning materials, resources, and activities to enhance student understanding of business concepts.
- Deliver dynamic and interactive classroom lectures, discussions, and presentations.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Demonstrate expertise in various areas of business studies, including but not limited to accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, current events, and advancements in business practices to enrich classroom discussions and content.
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students as they navigate their educational journey and career aspirations.
- Offer additional assistance to students who require extra help or clarification on course material.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and instructional strategies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay abreast of educational innovations.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in business-related subjects.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure in Business Education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
- Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Business Studies: 2 years (Required)
- Teaching: 2 years (Required)
