About the Role
We're looking for a Business Systems Manager to manage and improve the tools that keep our teams running -- including HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and our website management systems.
You'll be responsible for making sure these platforms are well-organized, integrated, and supporting efficient daily operations.
What You'll Do
Administer and optimize HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service.
Maintain pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and automations
Manage Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) -- users, permissions, and integrations.
Oversee website CMS and integrations (forms, analytics, tracking).
Support additional systems as needed -- evaluating tools and improving data flow.
Ensure clean, reliable data and consistent reporting across all systems.
Document processes and train teams on best practices.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in CRM or systems management.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
Familiarity with Sanity, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Comfortable working across teams to solve operational issues.
Bonus: experience with Zapier, Make, or API integrations.

Teams have accurate, real-time visibility into leads, data, and performance.
Processes run efficiently, with fewer manual steps and cleaner data.
