Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join the Accounting Systems Division (ASD) ASD is mainly responsible for Finance business cycles optimization , Finance systems implementation, support and administration. In addition to implementing digital solution for the Controller\'s and Treasury admin areas. ASD is also responsible for executing Payroll and Month/Year end processes. The department personnel are mainly business system analysts who understand both the business and the IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Works with organizations at all levels to maintain the corporate management information system for policy decision making.
• Conducts feasibility studies, business cases, and project proposal reports.
• Prepares user manuals and documentation for business system implementation.
• Interfaces with IT during the design and implementation of IT-based business systems, providing support to IT as needed.
• Provides support, advice, and business procedures to maintain data integrity within department business organizations.
• Delivers training to operational and staff personnel to maximize the effectiveness of Business Systems.
• Prepares conversion plans and user installation plans for applicable organizations.
• Maintains communication with IT Liaison representatives in other departments for knowledge sharing.
• Ensures alignment between system configuration and corporate policies.
• Analyzes and evaluates current systems, identifies business and operational requirements, and assists in the design, development, and launch of systems to support core business functions.
• Leads business system studies, reviews, recommends improvements, and enhances complex business systems within the assigned area.
• Assumes the role of department representative in business system development and effectively represents the respective department.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
• Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CMA) preferred.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Business system analyst skills, including information analysis and process improvement.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities.
• Experience with SAP/Finance Modules is desirable.
• Excellent command of oral and written English.
