Job Description

  • Manage the Director\xe2\x80\x99s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements in both English and Arabic.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in both English and Arabic on behalf of the Director, ensuring that all communication is handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Send invoices and follow up on payments with clients.
  • Fill ERP systems for clients and register the company at client systems.
  • Design presentations and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the operation team to ensure that all training sessions are running smoothly.
  • Prepare end of month reports for finance and keep track of all relevant documents and data.
  • Manage and maintain records and files, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as required by the Director.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and events, including preparing materials, booking venues, and coordinating logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that tasks and projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
