We are looking for a highly proactive and solution-oriented Business Support / Administration / Office Manager to take ownership of defining, building, and running smooth

cross-functional processes across Finance, Administration, IT, Legal and HR

. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work seamlessly with multicultural stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage efficient operational processes across Administration, Finance, IT, Legal and HR functions Define, create and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs and other metrics and track progress against targets Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and communication between teams Monitor and optimize workflows, identifying areas for improvement and driving operational excellence Support senior leadership with reporting, project coordination and process-related initiatives Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations Act as a key point of contact for operational challenges and propose practical solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 5+ years in cross-functional administrative/business support roles, ideally within startups, FinTech, or SaaS companies Strong background in Finance, with direct responsibility for overseeing a company's finance function (with support of existing team) Exposure to regulatory or compliance-sensitive product environments Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and attention to detail Ability to work effectively with diverse, multi-cultural teams and stakeholders at all levels Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English is essential; Russian language skills are a plus Based in Dubai, UAE.
