Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Business Support Manager to be based in Dubai.

- Manage and update files in our CRM system, ensuring the accuracy, organization, and currency of all data.
- Regularly monitoring the progress of the sales funnel and associated files to support decision-making.
- Oversee and update all data relevant to the department, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Provide direct support to the Commercial Director, which includes preparing presentations, compiling reports, and assisting with daily tasks to enhance department efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact and liaison between our distributors and internal professionals.
- Serve as the link between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to achieve commercial goals.
- Organize and update all departmental documentation and records for easy retrieval and reference.
