Job Title : Senior Associate - Business Support Purpose : Ensure smooth administrative, financial, and operational support for the VelodromeaEUR(TM)s management team. Core Responsibilities :
Administrative & Operational Support : Supervise Customer Service Team, manage Quality Management System (QMS), and ensure compliance with policies. Oversee recruitment onboarding, record-keeping, and venue paperwork.
Finance : Process purchase orders, invoices, and membership . Manage site hire agreements, financial reporting, and banking procedures.
Marketing & Communication : Support social media, website updates, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with photographers and update digital signage.
Customer Service : Handle complaints, monitor CRM data, and ensure front-line service excellence. Assist during major events (e.g., safety protocols, ECR setup).
Compliance : Adhere to Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, and Environmental Policies. Qualifications & Experience : Education : BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Finance/Business Administration or related field (essential). Experience : 3-6 years in business support/operations; UAE/Gulf experience preferred. Skills : Budgeting, IT systems management, fluent English, line management.
