We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Business Strategy team in the automotive sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape key strategic initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation across the business.



As a Business Strategy Intern, you'll contribute to research, data analysis, and strategic planning projects that influence high-level decision-making in one of the fastest-evolving industries in the world.



Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Assist in defining and tracking key business objectives (OKRs, KPIs) and in preparing materials for strategic reviews and leadership presentations. Operational Insights: Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize performance across the value chain. Data-Driven Decision Making: Gather and analyze data to generate actionable insights, summarize findings, and prepare executive-level reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to align short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.

Requirements


Skills and Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English.
