Job Description
We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and creative Strategist to help develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends. You will work cross-functionally to develop strategic plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment between business goals and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Develop actionable strategies for growth, marketing, brand positioning, customer engagement, or operational improvement (based on the focus area). Translate complex business objectives into clear, measurable plans. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, sales, product) to drive implementation of strategic initiatives. Prepare strategic presentations, business models, and reports for leadership or clients. Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer insights gathering. Monitor and report performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI of strategies. Support innovation initiatives by identifying emerging trends and technologies.
