We are seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Consultant to join an innovative recruitment technology platform in Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales professional with SaaS experience who thrives in a high-performance environment, bridging client needs with cutting-edge solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Middle East via cold-calling, emails, and networking.
Build credibility and trusted relationships with decision-makers (HR, Finance, Procurement, and C-Suite).
Develop tailored proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate terms with prospects.
Follow up diligently on leads, engaging multiple stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through proactive business development.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, reporting regularly on activity and performance.
Requirements
Requirements
Proven track record in online B2B sales, SaaS, cold calling, and business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and in presentations.
Strong relationship-building ability with senior stakeholders.
Resilient and target-driven, able to perform under pressure.
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage).
