JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Must

Research & generate leads for Business Setup and New Company Formation.

Negotiate and convert leads to sales following terms that are suited to the best interests of the company and the clients.

Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their business opportunities and help them understand the difference between mainland and free zone licenses.

Coordinate with various government & free zone authorities and support clients throughout their business setup process.

Be responsive to all client queries and ensure to provide the best and most reliable service.

Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports.

Help client develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes. - Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues with regards to their business set up process.

Additional Duties - ADHOC (Mandatory)

Diary Management and Management of meeting rooms Calling potential list and fixing appointments Coordination, both internally and externally Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence Greeting all visitors Transferring calls as necessary Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture Performing ad-hoc administration duties Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies) Receiving and dispatching deliveries Assisting with mail as required Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis Assisting the applications filling, reviewing and submitting as per the authorities requirements Follow up of status existing clients as well as New Onboarding clients. Preparing and sharing MIS on a daily basis to track clients, prospects as well as
Follow-ups.

Lucrative commissions and salary.

Salary 3,000 + Upto 10,000 commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
