Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate must possess a solid understanding of UAE Free Zones and company formation processes, and be skilled in client consultation, lead generation, and application management.

Only candidates with prior UAE business setup experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their business goals and recommend suitable Free Zone jurisdictions.

Advise on various license types such as trading, consultancy, media, and others.

Prepare customized proposals and cost estimates based on client requirements.

Liaise with Free Zone authorities to manage application submissions and ensure timely approvals.

Assist clients with UAE visa applications and immigration procedures.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients beyond the setup phase.

Make outbound calls to engage leads and convert inquiries into business.

Support ongoing lead generation efforts and manage leads effectively using CRM tools.

Stay current with regulatory changes and procedural updates across key Free Zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ).

Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on experience in UAE business setup/company formation

In-depth knowledge of UAE visa and immigration processes

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)

Experience working with CRM systems

Strong sales orientation and client service mindset

Proactive approach to outbound calling and follow-up
