We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Setup Consultant - Team Lead
to join our growing consultancy. The ideal candidate must have
proven experience in UAE business setup sales
and the ability to
lead, train, and close with a sales team
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Business Setup Consultants
Handle inbound and outbound leads and close high-value deals
Guide clients on
Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
Ensure targets are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis
Train, motivate, and monitor team performance
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Coordinate with PRO and operations teams for smooth execution
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
Minimum Graduation (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of UAE Business Setup Sales experience (Mandatory)
UAE experience is compulsory
Previous team-leading or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE trade licenses, visas, and business setup procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Mandatory fluent English speaking
