About the Role:

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is looking for a skilled and results-driven

Business Setup Consultant

with in-depth knowledge of

Sharjah Mainland company formation

, especially with hands-on experience in

Tash eel services and MOHRE procedures

. If you're detail-oriented, confident in handling government transactions, and have strong client advisory skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

Sharjah Mainland business setups

, including SPC and other local authorities End-to-end expertise in

Tash eel procedures

, MOHRE services, and labor contract processing Expertise in Mainland & Free Zone licenses (SPC, SHAMS, RAKEZ, MEYDAN, IFZA, DMCC, DIFC, ADGM) Visa processing: Golden Visa, Partner Visa, Investor Visa, and employee visas Prepare proposals, document submissions, and amendments as per client needs Coordinate with government departments (Tas heel, Immigration, Economic Dept., etc.) Managing end-to-end company formation processes Support clients in corporate bank account opening Advise clients based on UAE laws, legal documentation, and compliance Staying updated on UAE business regulations and market trends Ensure timely follow-ups, client communication, and service delivery Maintain accurate records and cross-functional coordination across departments
