We're expanding and looking for a Business Setup Consultant / Sales Executive who can both advise and close.
This role manages the full sales cycle for
Mainland and Free Zone company formation
, from initial consultation to license issuance, and is strictly performance-driven with clear monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on
Mainland and Free Zone business setup options
Explain licensing structures, costs, timelines, and compliance requirements
Convert qualified leads into paying clients and close deals independently
Coordinate company formation with relevant authorities and free zones
Manage documentation, approvals, and follow-ups until license issuance
Upsell related services such as visas, PRO services, renewals, and amendments
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
Proven sales experience in business setup, consulting, or services
Solid knowledge of
Mainland and Free Zone regulations
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
Performance Expectations
Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
Maintain strong lead-to-conversion ratios
Drive repeat business and referrals

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
