Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE company formation processes, free zone and mainland regulations, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their needs. Guide clients through the entire business setup process, from trade name reservation to license issuance. Prepare and process applications, documentation, and approvals with relevant authorities (DED, Free Zones, Immigration, etc.). Maintain strong relationships with government departments and free zone authorities. Provide consultation on visas, PRO services, and other corporate support services. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated with UAE regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and market trends. Meet sales and revenue targets through effective client acquisition and conversion.
Requirements

Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Business Setup Consultant or in a similar role within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures, licensing procedures, and immigration laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred.
