We operate with top free zones such as IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, Shams, SPC, AFZA, Ajman NuVentures, DMCC, and more.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Business Setup Consultant

to provide comprehensive company formation, corporate, and financial services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures and jurisdictions (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore) for setting up businesses in the UAE. Handle inbound sales inquiries and initiate outbound calls to potential clients. Generate and convert leads through relationship selling, social media, Google leads, and networking. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide end-to-end business setup advice, including preparing and submitting all documents and applications required for company formation and visa transactions. Stay updated on UAE government policies, laws, regulations, and processes, and advise clients accordingly. Develop business structures to guide clients and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain knowledge of Ministry of Labor, Economic Departments, and Immigration rules and regulations. Guide clients on business opportunities and explain the differences between mainland and free zone business licenses. Coordinate with government and free zone authorities to support clients throughout the business setup process. Assist clients with VAT and Corporate Tax services from inbound and outbound inquiries.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in UAE business setup consultancy and corporate services. Knowledge of Mainland and Freezone company formation processes. Familiarity with PRO services, corporate bank account procedures, VAT, and Corporate Tax services. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Fluency in English.
