Key Responsibilities:
Advise potential clients on the most suitable
company formation options
(Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their business goals.
Handle the
end-to-end company setup process
: documentation, license applications, visa processing, and approvals.
Maintain clear and professional
communication with clients
, both locally and internationally.
Coordinate with
government authorities
(DLD, DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, etc.) for processing approvals and renewals.
Build and maintain strong
client relationships
by offering timely support and follow-up throughout the setup journey.
Stay informed on changes in
UAE laws and regulations
related to business incorporation, immigration, and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, PRO, finance) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Assist in preparing
proposals, quotes, and service agreements
for prospective clients.
