Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Formation Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company formation processes in the UAE, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to close high-value leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult clients on business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and recommend appropriate jurisdictions.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, consultation, documentation, and closure.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into sales.
Coordinate with internal PRO and legal teams to ensure smooth documentation and licensing.
Keep updated with UAE government regulations and procedures related to business formation.
Build long-term relationships with clients through transparent communication and support.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business setup or B2B sales in the UAE (1+ years preferred).
Deep knowledge of Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation in the UAE.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Good understanding of UAE legal and government documentation processes.
Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid visa.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
UAE driving license is a plus.
