Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Business Setup Consultant
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of UAE Free Zones and company formation processes. This role involves consulting with potential clients, preparing proposals, managing applications, and actively engaging in lead generation and outbound calling.
Only candidates with relevant UAE business setup experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate Free Zone jurisdictions.
Provide expert advice on license types (e.g., trading, consultancy, media).
Prepare cost estimates and tailored business setup proposals.
Coordinate with Free Zone authorities for application submissions and approvals.
Assist clients with UAE visa processing and immigration procedures.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients post-sale.
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business.
Support lead generation initiatives and actively manage leads using CRM tools.
Stay updated with regulatory and procedural changes in key Free Zones
(e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ).
Requirements
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in UAE business setup and company formation
Solid knowledge of UAE visa and immigration processes
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
Proven experience using CRM systems
Sales-driven and highly client-focused
Proactive in outbound calling and lead generation activities
