Business Setup Consultant

to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Setup Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for incoming leads. Your role is to understand potential clients' needs, provide tailored business setup solutions, and manage the full onboarding process. You will also play a key role in identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships to drive growth and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads and conduct consultations (in-person and online) to assess client requirements. Offer strategic setup or expansion solutions tailored to each client's business activities and market goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various markets, services, and jurisdictions. Guide clients through UAE business setup processes including document preparation and license approvals. Maintain deep knowledge of UAE jurisdictions: Dubai Mainland, IFZA, Meydan Free Zone, RAKEZ, AJMAN, JAFZA, and others. Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations with strong justification and analysis. Support clients in drafting business plans, defining company structures, and preparing profiles for shareholders and partners. Build and manage a client portfolio with a focus on service excellence and referral generation. Collect and analyze client business information through various engagement methods. Attend networking and business events to promote company services and expand client base. Submit regular performance and sales reports to management.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Arabic

(both written and verbal) is a must. Proven experience in business setup consulting or related corporate services in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE business jurisdictions and licensing regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Honest, trustworthy, and diligent with a client-centric approach.
