to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in business setup services, company formation, and government procedures in the UAE. You will be responsible for assisting clients in establishing their businesses, obtaining trade licenses, visas, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in setting up their businesses in Dubai and other UAE jurisdictions.
Advise clients on business structures, legal requirements, and licensing options.
Manage the end-to-end process of company registration, licensing, and visa applications.
Coordinate with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, and Free Zone entities.
Prepare and process necessary documentation for company formation.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated on UAE laws and regulations related to business setup.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
(Arabic is a plus).
Proven experience in business setup consultancy in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE company formation, free zones, and mainland regulations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
