First Idea Consultants LLC is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Setup Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the process of establishing and growing their businesses, while also supporting senior management in enhancing business operations. Responsibilities:
- Female Candidates will be preferred.
- Provide expert guidance and advisory services to clients on business setup procedures, legal requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients\' business goals, objectives, and operational needs to develop customized solutions.
- Advise clients on the selection of business structures, licensing, permits, and other necessary documentation for establishing their enterprises.
- Lead Generation and Sales:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and promote our business setup consulting services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience in business consulting, corporate advisory, or related roles, with specific expertise in business setup and incorporation processes.
- In-depth knowledge of local business laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German is Mandatory.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
