- Collaborate with authorities for permits, licenses and stay updated on regulations, cultivating enduring client connections.
- Strong communication skills for calls, emails and managing leads effectively.
- Assisting CEO with proposals, coordinating with clients and maintaining relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office, data management and client correspondence.
- Skilled in meeting preparations, attendance and basic accounting task.
- Effective Communication: Clear and persuasive communication to convey value propositions and build relationships.
- Active Listening: Understanding clients\' needs deeply to offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Skillfully navigating terms and agreements for mutual benefit.
