We are looking for company formation associate for corporate services. This position is based in Dubai. If you are looking to build your career in corporate services than this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various government authorities and support clients throughout their business setup/company formation, company amendment/restructuring process, company termination/deregistration, or any ancillary services required. Prepare corporate legal documents including resolutions, POA and legalization and attestation of required documents, issuance certificates, bank account opening Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries Based on client services requirements, prepare proposals, quotations, and invoices Assist companies' renewal incorporated by us, as well as new customers who require such services from us Maintain all documents related to daily tasks and supporting operational and archival purposes.

Requirements:

2-3 years' experience in the corporate service sectors, corporate secretary background and experience in the same role. Knowledge in government regulation, compliance requirements in the UAE Good knowledge of incorporation of companies in different jurisdictions (DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, JAFZA, DAFZA, IFZA, Meydan, etc.) and post-incorporation tasks, such as attestations, issuance of registry certificates, filing of changes in directorships and shareholding, amendments, account openings, etc. Experience dealing directly with clients and having responsibility for the maintenance and development of those relationships.
