Job Description



FZ Consultancy is looking for a Business Setup Assistant with at least 1 year of UAE business setup experience to join our growing team at our Ajman Free Zone office.

Key Responsibilities



Handle UAE business setup processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) Assist clients with trade license applications and renewals Coordinate with Free Zones, DED, Immigration & other authorities Prepare and manage documentation for company formation Follow up on approvals, payments, and compliance requirements Support sales and operations teams with client coordination

Requirements



Minimum 1 year experience in UAE business setup Knowledge of Ajman Free Zone & UAE licensing procedures Good communication skills (English required) Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
