About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced

Business Consultant

with hands-on expertise in UAE

company setups

(mainland and free zones) and

regulated licensing

. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with key jurisdictions such as

ADGM, DIFC, DMCC, RAKEZ, and SCA

, and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks including

DFSA and FSRA

.

This is a client-facing role that requires a combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills to guide clients seamlessly through the business setup and licensing process.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on company formation in UAE

mainland and free zones

(ADGM, DIFC, DMCC, RAKEZ, etc.). Manage the end-to-end setup process, including documentation, submission, and approvals. Handle applications for

regulated licensing

with authorities such as

DFSA, FSRA, and SCA

. Liaise with government bodies, free zone authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance. Keep abreast of UAE's evolving corporate laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Recommend suitable jurisdictions and legal structures based on client needs. Build strong client relationships, ensuring clarity, trust, and timely delivery. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and internal teams to streamline processes.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in

UAE company setup and incorporation

across mainland and free zones. Strong knowledge of

regulated licensing

processes (DFSA, FSRA, SCA). Direct exposure to working with

ADGM, DIFC, DMCC, RAKEZ

jurisdictions. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios. Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
