female ,to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will guide clients through the complete process of establishing their businesses in the UAE, providing expert advice on company structures, licensing, compliance, and government procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formations
Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable business setup solutions
Manage end-to-end company registration processes and documentation
Coordinate with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones, Notary Public)
Provide updates and ensure smooth communication throughout the setup process
Promote value-added services such as visas, PRO services, office solutions, and renewals
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards
Requirements
Experience in UAE business setup or corporate services (preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE licensing, regulations, and government systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
