Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Address and resolve client concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement sales plans to generate revenue from assigned accounts.
Regularly connect with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and business continuity.
Manage a
portfolio of 250-300 clients
effectively.
Retain existing clients and generate new business opportunities from the current portfolio.
Identify referral leads and cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
