Client Manager / Relationship Manager - ECS Department

Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM GST
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Address client concerns and resolve complaints effectively.
Create and implement sales plans to generate revenue.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Manage a portfolio of
250-300 clients
.
Retain existing clients while bringing in new business from the portfolio.
Generate referral leads through relationship-building.
Candidate Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the
banking sector
will be considered.
Proven expertise in client retention, portfolio management, cross-selling, and upselling.
Qualifications
Commerce background with a
Master's degree (MBA or M.Com.)
