We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Business Setup Advisor to assist clients in establishing their businesses in the UAE. This role involves providing expert guidance on company formation, licensing, visa processing, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on optimal business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their objectives.
Guide clients through the entire setup process, including documentation, licensing, and visa applications.
Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations for business setup packages.
Maintain and build relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on changes in UAE business laws and government procedures to provide accurate advice.
Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and track progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in business setup or corporate services in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE company laws, free zones, and licensing processes.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
