. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on business setup options in Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions, and closing deals to meet monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and walk-ins to understand their business setup needs
Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures, licensing options, and visa processes across UAE Free Zones and Mainland authorities
Prepare and present customized business setup proposals and quotations
Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and close sales effectively
Maintain updated knowledge of UAE company formation laws and Free Zone packages
Coordinate with PRO and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain CRM records and meet individual sales targets
Desired Profile:
1+ year of UAE experience in
business setup, sales, or similar advisory roles
Strong understanding of UAE company formation, Free Zone/MOE regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-driven, confident, and persuasive with a consultative sales approach
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Presentable and professional attitude
