As a Business Setup Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in establishing their businesses in Dubai, navigating the regulatory landscape, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Client Consultation Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking to establish businesses in Dubai. Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients\' business goals, requirements, and preferences. Legal and Regulatory Expertise Possess in-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s business setup regulations, company structures, licensing requirements, and legal procedures. Business Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive business plans that align with their objectives and comply with Dubai\'s regulatory framework. Company Formation: Guide clients through the entire company formation process, including selecting the appropriate business structure, securing licenses, and registering the business with relevant government authorities. Location Selection: Advice clients on the most suitable jurisdiction for their businesses based on industry, target market, and business activities. Documentation: Assist clients in preparing and submitting required documentation, applications, and forms accurately and within specified deadlines. Government Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and government entities, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of necessary approvals and permits through the operations department. Compliance: Ensure that clients\' businesses remain compliant with ongoing regulatory requirements, renewals, and other legal obligations. Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish financial projections, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support their business setup endeavors. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with insights into their chosen business sectors. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with relevant government authorities, and other stakeholders to stay updated on changes and opportunities in the business setup landscape. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• 3 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years experience as a Business Setup Consultant, specializing in Dubai company formation.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai\'s business setup regulations, licensing procedures.
• Strong familiarity with local government entities, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully guiding clients through the business setup process in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client interactions and government liaison.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess clients\' business plans and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial planning and projection tools.
• Multilingual skills, like Persian, Chinese, English, Russian and Hindi, are preferred.
• Networking skills to establish and maintain connections within the Dubai business ecosystem.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
