Responsibilities:
- Actively promoting Health & Safety and other provided trainings that is mentioned on our company portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on potential leads.
- Schedule trainings accordingly.
- Maintain updated knowledge of new trending training services
- Ensure high level of customers satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in training industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self motivated with a results-driven approach.
Desirable Attributes:
- Passion in providing the best training to support government and private business safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Spoken Languages - English, Tagalog, and Hindi (Preferred).
