Job Description
We are Hiring an Experienced Business Project Manager for our car wash division . This is an Immediate requirement. The candidates Experience , Skill set requirements as follows , professional individual who is involved in the management and overseeing of the project, right from the time of introduction to the termination of the project. His work revolves around these four factors of the project - economic estimation, prospect, time, and assets. While the project is in progress, the business project manager is required to develop and maintain a professional relationship among the team members so as to ensure unity and wholeness in the team. This is incredibly essential to ensure the success of the project. He plays a leading role in the anticipation of the issues and problems that are likely to occur in the progress of the project. He also has a major part to play in fulfilling the motives and goals of the project. ***Experience in handling Facility management project and Car washing project would be an added advantage . Job Responsibilities
- The business project manager is required to guide the governance body, administrative board, and project unit so as to facilitate proper functioning of the project, especially at the time of initiation of the project
- When the project team is concentrated, it is necessary for the business project manager to handle the opposing precedences and various perspectives in an efficient manner
- One of the critical features of the business project manager job profile is to effectively supervise the dynamics of the project team
- He makes sure that the stakeholders, team members, and all other related personnel are aware of their respective responsibilities and duties and basically, their participation in the project
- He is required to determine the project targets and objectives for the project team associates, so as to ensure their involvement in the working of the project
- He also takes care of the improvement in the performances of these personnel by providing them with proper training and recommendations
- He is responsible for resolving, determining, rationalizing, tracking, and handling the risks and problems that may arise during the working of the project
- He is required to distribute the information related to the project and inform the project team members and stakeholders about the development of the project
- He examines the progress of the work and maintains the plans of the project so as to make sure that the results obtained are as per the standards of the project
- He manages the stakeholders and compel them to sanction the transformations that may take place during the operation of the project
- He is also responsible for managing any variance or divergence from the plans of the project
- As and when the projects move from one developmental phase to another, the business project manager determines the target markers and eventually, designs an elaborated plan for the project
- He works to improve the communication plans of the projects and reports the changes to the top management personnel
