Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position: Business Process - Specialist What can you expect Responsible for monitoring the execution of operational activities within the zone. Manage business and process requirement definition and design. Communicate and collaborate with segment territory teams to implement changes in their business delivery model to recognize process improvements. Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and leverage local initiatives globally. Develop and write generic operational documentation describing the standard business delivery model. Serve as a process expert to support testing and training efforts and monitor, evaluate and resolve process and quality issues raised by the business delivery teams. Mentor peers in process and technical issues.
